All Payments Are Final & Non-Refundable
All payments made toward IPO allocations, Fan Club memberships, voucher activations, and delivery fees are strictly non-refundable. By completing any payment on this platform you agree to our terms. Customs clearance fees, import duties, and last-mile delivery charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and must be paid to release your package. These fees are not included in your membership or allocation payment.
Delivery fees are variable and depend on item type, quantity, and destination. A processing fee applies if delivery service charges are not covered at the time of scheduling.

A processing fee is charged when delivery fees are unpaid or ineligible
If you are not eligible to cover the delivery service charge at the time of scheduling — due to insufficient balance, payment method restrictions, or outstanding account holds — a mandatory processing fee will be automatically applied to your order before dispatch can proceed. This fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable. All fees must be settled in full before your shipment is released from the fulfillment warehouse. For bulk orders (Qty 4+) or high-value items, contact support for a custom delivery quote.
