MANDATORY CUSTODIAN REQUIREMENT
All cryptocurrency withdrawals (BTC, USDT, USDC) must be sent from and received into a wallet address from a regulated, KYC-verified custodian exchange.
A custodian exchange is a regulated financial platform where users complete identity verification (KYC) and the exchange holds and manages funds on the user's behalf under full legal oversight.
✅ ACCEPTED / RECOMMENDED EXCHANGES
US-regulated, fully KYC-verified, SEC-registered custodian exchange. Available globally. Preferred platform for all crypto withdrawals.
US-regulated Bitcoin ATM and custodian exchange network. Full KYC verification required for all transactions. Accepted under our withdrawal policy.
❌ PROHIBITED WALLET TYPES
Wallets such as MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Ledger, Trezor, or any personal/hardware wallet where the user controls private keys directly, are strictly prohibited.
Wallets from exchanges that have not completed KYC verification, are operating without regulatory oversight, or are unlicensed in the jurisdiction of operation.
Any wallet address associated with cryptocurrency mixing services, tumblers, or privacy coins designed to obfuscate transaction history.
Wallet addresses belonging to third parties, anonymous services, or any address that cannot be directly traced to the account holder's verified identity.
Any breach of the cryptocurrency withdrawal policy outlined in Section 3 will trigger an immediate automated compliance response. The following actions will be taken without prior warning:
Your account is automatically flagged by our security monitoring system upon submission of a non-compliant wallet address. This flag is permanent and visible to the compliance team.
All pending and future withdrawal requests are immediately placed on hold. No funds can be disbursed until the compliance review is complete.
Your account access is suspended with immediate effect. You will be unable to log in, submit new requests, or access any platform features.
An official Account Closure Notice is dispatched to your registered email address from the Orbit Capital Compliance & Security Division.
Depending on the nature of the violation, the incident may be reported to the relevant financial regulatory authority as required under AML/KYC compliance obligations.
All processing fees deducted from withdrawal amounts are strictly non-refundable. Once a withdrawal is submitted and processed, the fee cannot be reversed, disputed, or waived under any circumstances.
International wire transfers and cross-border crypto transfers may incur additional correspondent bank fees or network fees beyond the standard processing percentage. These are borne solely by the withdrawing investor.
Orbit Capital reserves the right to request additional documentation, delay, or decline any withdrawal request that cannot be verified through standard compliance procedures. Such decisions are final.
Only one withdrawal request may be active per account at any time. Submitting multiple requests simultaneously will result in all but the first being automatically declined.
By submitting any withdrawal request on the Orbit Capital platform, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions, and that you agree to be bound by all policies stated herein — including, but not limited to, the custodian exchange requirement for cryptocurrency withdrawals.
